Booking a tour. Terms of payment.
To book a tour or a place in it you need to send a letter with a request to us.
Please, state in your request the tour you have chosen, the dates of the tour, the number of people in your group and also your contacts.
After discussing the details of the programm with our manager you will get the Contract and Invoice for prepayment.
Please, read the Contract thoroughly, sign it and send one copy to us.
After doing this during 7 bank days you can pay the Invoice.
The final payment is done not later than 14 days before the tour or in cash on the day of the arrival.
